Mark's ResumeMark A. Ritchie, PE/PLSMr. Ritchie has been actively involved in the fields of civil engineering and land surveying for the past fifteen years. Following four years of engineering internship, Mr. Ritchie successfully attained licensure as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma in January of 2000. In May of 2004, Mr. Ritchie furthered his professional licensure through successful completion of the requirements to become a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Oklahoma. Mr. Ritchie’s experience includes the performance of local and regional flood studies, the design of residential and commercial developments, and the design of transportation projects. Mr. Ritchie specializes in the FEMA Map Revision Hydrology and Hydraulic study process. These Conditional Letters of Map Revision (CLOMR) and Final Letters of Map Revision (LOMR) studies cover the entire spectrum of public, commercial, and private projects. Mr. Ritchie has performed studies for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the City of Oklahoma City as well as numerous private development companies. Mr. Ritchie designed the US 64 Woods County widening and resurfacing project in 2000. Mr. Ritchie has coordinated, directed, and personally performed topographic and construction staking surveys. |
